Saint Joseph’s University has outsourced student scheduling for the Writing Center and Learning Resource Center to a third-party provider, WCONLINE. As part of the scheduling process, WCONLINE collects information from students. WCONLINE explicitly asks for information that personally identifies you, pertinent to the scheduling service. This information includes non-directory information, including your e-mail address and Student ID number, as applicable. (“Directory information” is defined as information contained in the education records of a student that generally would not be considered harmful or an invasion of privacy if disclosed.) WCONLINE (including its owner Twenty Six Design LLC) is the sole owner of the information collected on WCONLINE, which uses your personal information to operate the WCONLINE web site and to provide the scheduling services. WCONLINE has expressed its commitment to data security and keeping students’ personally identifiable information confidential. WCONLINE is not related to or affiliated with Saint Joseph’s University, except as a contracted service provider.
